Adoption of children

Correspondence about the request by Charles Carter for custody of Teddy and Jimmy.

Jimmy Carter was born in 1932 and a son of C.L. Carter
Ted Carter was born in 1933 and a nephew of C.L. Carter
Both are half-castes

Mr Carter runs sheep on Mt Esther Station. He is prepared to board and educate 
the children and then train them in the pastoral industry. Upon their coming of
age he proposes to start them off financially. He is prepared to adopt them
legally in order to have control over them.
