It is sufficient to saythat he has paid 375 pounds in fines and costs in the last 5 years. He always manages to find money for liquor and fines, but he allows his wife and family to live in squalor. Character Check Mr Carter was a beneficiary under his father's will which included half share Mt Esther Station. He became hopelessly in debt and walked off the station. This branch will assist the wife and children in any way that is open to us. Transitional Government housing for part-coloured families would be more suitable for this family.
