25/6283 Death of Ethel (died 12.9.1925) and her unnamed son
(died 5. 9.1925) at Augustus Downs Station. Buried near the
station. Ethel aged 18 yrs and single.

25/6003 Grace Rolf, born at Jericho in 1906 or 1908,
died Lumley Stn, Isisford on 22. 8.1925 by suicide.
Grace was 6 months pregnant. Buried Isisford Cemetery.
Grace's mother was Lizzie Rolf who had 5 children.
Grace's father died at Aramac some 6 years ago.

aged 8 months, at Black's camp at Talwood reserve on
20 August 1925 He was born on 29. 1.1925.
His mother is Eileen Cavanagh aged 18 years and single.
His father is Jim Armstrong.
Eileen's mother is also Eileen Cavanagh.
25/4737 Tipperary, aged 75-80 yrs, died at the Black's
camp near Wangera water-hole, Diamantina Lakes Station
on 14. 8.1925. His brother died at the camp on 3. 1.1925.
25/4736 Stuart, aged 20 yrs, died at Cairns Hospital on
29. 8.1925. He was a Yarrabah Mission native.
25/4478 Joe, of Boomera Station, died Cloncurry Hospital
on 26. 7.1925
25/4417 Joe McGowan, a native of Cooktown and aged 54 yrs,
died in Charters Towers District Hospital on 2. 7.25.
His sister is Minnie who is married to Ted Shepard, at present
signed on with Mr. Bell at Cardigan Station.
On the back of one page of the correspondence is a letter
dated 22. 9.1925 listing some people at the Salvation Army
Girl's Home at Yeronga. These are

died 21. 7.1925 at Charters Towers Hospital.
He was at Mirina Station.
His brother is George Coen at Wandovale Station.

30. 7.1925. She was very old.
25/4246 Death of John Francis of Aureed Island.

his wife, Marion Wragge, had given birth to twin boys 4 days
ago and one child had died.
On 19. 5.1925 an Aboriginal infant of Marion Brown was buried
at Gayndah Cemetery. (Marion Wragge, nee Brown).

9 years, died on 18. 5.1925 on the banks of the Dawson River,
at Baralaba. Her parents Sandy Clark and Lily Clark.
Sandy and Lily have only one living child, a boy named Rodger
aged 18 years. Alma is the 9th child in the family that has died.

25/2925 In 1913 at Burketown Ah Mann, chinese, applied to marry
Sarah Le Quay, H/C (Abor/Chinese). Approval was given.
They were married on 20. 1.1914.
Sarah's father is Le Quay, chinese.

Sarah Ah Man (nee Le Quay) died at Woods Lake near Burketown from
an illness following childbirth on 15. 5.1925. Sarah gave birth to
a male child on 27. 4.1925. Reputed father is Charlie Ah Sue,
chinese. Ah Man died about 2 years ago.
Sarah's other children (to Ah Mann) are Katie aged 8 years and
Topsy aged 2 years.

the baby, namely Elsie aged 4 years and Maude aged 3 years.
Mara is suckling Ellen's baby.
Burke and Sarah have 2 children namely a girl aged 14 years and
a boy aged 15 years.
25/720 Toby Woolgar, of Maxwelton Stn died at Richmond Hospital
on 24. 1.1925. Buried at Richmond. His wife is Mary who is at
Maxwelton Stn.
25/460 Jemimah died at Green Hills Stn on 13. 1.1925.
Daughter is Dora. Also mentions Willie Bango.
25/363 Tootsie Galbraith died at Springsure Hospital on
14. 1.1925. She was aged 40 years. Has a husband.

31.12.1924. Buried on the property. Aged about 30 years. Has
a 2 1/2 year old female child. Also looked after the 2 1/2
year old male child of Jessie.
