NB Relates to Child Endowment Act of 1941, and often lists
Aboriginal families with two children under 16 years of age
in various places in 1941. 

19. 8.1941 Relative to Aboriginals eligible for benefit under the
      Child Endowment Act of 1941. There are no Aboriginals eligible in
      the district. The following part-Aboriginals already receive Child
      Endowment
      
      Edward Kelly and his wife Ada Savina Kelly who reside in Matheson
      Street, Dalby.
      
      Leslie Thomas Harvey and his wife Sybil Elizabeth Harvey who reside
      in Matheson Street Dalby.
      
      William Henry Ryder and his wife Sarah Ryder who live in Edward
      Street Dalby.
     
      The persons mentioned herein have a strain of Aboriginal blood, but
      they are living in their own homes as whites; working and maintaining
      their families as such; receiving the Child Endowment for the children
      and are capable of utilising the money in the best interests of the
      Children.
